About Dr. Tianna Salanoa

Born and raised in Oceanside, California, Dr. Tianna graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Throughout her clinical experience, she had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of patients, while also exploring a growing passion for specialty care. With headaches, dizziness, and chronic neck pain herself, Dr. Tianna was a patient long before her journey to “doctor”. Despite only knowing and loving the traditional cracking and popping type of adjustment, she did not experience true symptom relief until she received her first upper cervical adjustment just before starting her career. After further thought and personal experience with its specificity, Dr. Tianna not only took a leap of faith in her own care, but has since dedicated herself to learning and mastering the art of specialized upper cervical care, specific to the Blair technique.

When not at work, Dr. Tianna enjoys strength training, bowling, baking, exploring new coffee shops, and game nights with family and friends. Her future aspirations include business ownership with her spouse/high-school sweetheart, who is a phenomenal Doctor of Physical Therapy. She hopes to begin her international travels in the near future but is especially excited about starting a family of her own. Until then, her top priorities are providing exceptional chiropractic care through highly specific upper cervical adjustments and growing with the UCC San Diego team!
