I've been going to Dr Mercedes office for the better part of 8 months now. I have some neck misalignment issues, causing some dizziness and migraines. I have noticed vast improvement in my condition. I used to see a regular Chiropractor, but only got temporary relief. Dr Mercedes and Miss Gloria, are outstanding at understanding your neck problems. i would highly recommend them.

I've been seeing Dr. Mercedes for over four years and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her expertise in upper cervical care has made a huge difference in my life.

After years of tight neck/jaw, I am experiencing significant improvements in my neck pain  and better nervous system regulation overall.

Dr. Mercedes is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients' wellbeing. She takes the time to explain the treatment process and ensures that I understand how upper cervical adjustments are helping my body function better.

I started seeing Dr  Mercedes Cook in March because I was suffering from intense, debilitating migraines and neck pain. The migraines became so frequent I was desperate to find help.  I live a holistic lifestyle and not opposed to taking Advil on occasion, but wanted to find another solution that didn't involve taking meds regularly. I learned about Upper Cervical Chiropractic from a reddit thread and called and made an appointment the next day. I'm happy to share this treatment works and I haven't had a migraine in months. I have my sense of wellbeing back and ultimately feel better than I have in years. Being a working mom means I have to give 100% wherever I am. If you’re struggling with headaches, neck pain and brain fog, you need to see UCC San Diego!

It’s impossible to be at your best when you’re dealing with aches and pains. Knowing that when something comes up, you know where to go is a huge relief. Nursing, rocking and holding babies puts so much strain on the neck and back.

Dr. Mercedes has single handedly changed my health and wellbeing. I had been dizzy for years, seeing the top neurologist in town and was dependent on many meds in order to function.
