Here’s what you can expect from this episode:

It’s time to rethink that optometry is just for people who have noticed some changes in their vision. In the episode, I am joined by Dr. Jesse Camen, a California-based Optometrist, to dive into optometry in primary care.

We’ll answer the big question: How often should you get your eyes tested? Dr. Jesse will highlight the crucial role of yearly eye exams, what exactly she looks for during these check-ups and the symptoms that should have you seeing an optometrist immediately.

But what if you’ve never had vision problems? We’re discussing ways to preserve your eye health proactively. Plus, we’ll get into the hot topic of blue light glasses – are they just a trend or a true eye-saver?

This episode is jam-packed with valuable information. So, if you are a regular visitor to the optometrist or have never stepped foot in one, there is something here for you. So let’s dive in!

Meet Dr. Jesse Camen:

Dr. Camen is a full-scope, California-licensed optometrist with diverse experience in the private, corporate, hospital, and military sectors of primary care optometry.
